Antique and Fine Art Appraiser - Colin M. Walsh - will meet with clients at their homes through-out the Okanagan Valley, to evaluate their antiques and provide an on the spot current retail or auction value estimate.
The cost for a on the spot written evaluation or auction estimate is $250.00.

If required Colin can also provide detailed formal written appraisals for insurance purposes, estate planning, division among heirs or fair market value. The cost for this type of formal appraisal report will vary with the complexity of the report and the number of items.

Most of our Appraisal work is done in the Okanagan/Shuswap area of British Columbia, however we often work on estates in other areas of the province and would be happy to appraise your items when we are in your area.

As a service to our clients, Historic Estates will refund the cost of appraisal services for those who choose to consign the appraised property to auction anytime within 5 years of the appraisal date.
